Terms and Conditions – Majisa Technology
1. User Responsibilities
• Users must use Majisa Technology’s platform only for lawful and authorized purposes, strictly in accordance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
• Any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of service.
2. Account Security
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to Majisa Technology support immediately.
3. Payments and Billing
• Users agree to pay all applicable service fees in a timely manner as per the billing schedule.
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of services without further notice.
4. Data Protection
• Users must obtain explicit consent from their end-users before sending WhatsApp messages.
• It is the user’s responsibility to ensure full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act and GDPR (if applicable).
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
• Users must comply with all guidelines and terms laid out by Meta regarding the use of WhatsApp Business API.
• Non-compliance may result in suspension or revocation of API access and related services by Meta or Majisa Technology.
